Bonus Available for Group Dental Sales

Don’t forget about the Neishloss & Fleming Group Dental Cash & Gas promotion for 1st Quarter of 2012!  In an effort to reward agents who are consistently promoting the value of Group Dental programs to their clients, our Health Division team wants to pass out some extra incentives.

Quote any Group Dental (United Concordia, UPMC or Health America) with effective dates of 2/1/12 or 3/1/12 and automatically be entered into our drawing for a $50.00 Gas Card.  All quotes must be produced by February 15, 2012.

Sell any Group Dental (United Concordia, UPMC or Health America) with effective dates of 2/1/12 or 3/1/12 and receive a $5.00 per contract bonus – payable directly to you – for each contract in force effective 2/1/12 or 3/1/12.  All sales must be submitted by February 29, 2012.

The drawing for the Gas Card will be held March 1, 2012.  Bonus payments will be released during the March.

Highmark To Offer New Individual Plan In Central PA

Highmark is pleased to announce a new individual product, Advance Blue, will be available for sale August 8th.  This new product will offer advance coverage for doctor visits, basic diagnostic services, lab tests and prescription drugs. The new offering expands Highmark’s individual products suite so you have offerings that meet the unique needs of your various clients, and allow you to provide personalized solutions for your customers. Highmark, Geisinger reach 4-year agreement

Geisinger Health System and Highmark Inc. announced today an agreement on a new, four-year contract effective January 1, 2011. The current agreement had been set to expire on December 31, 2010.

Under the new contract, Geisinger Medical Center in Danville and Geisinger Clinic physicians will remain network providers for Highmark’s indemnity and managed care members, and will continue to participate in networks currently under contract in 2010. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Highmark Releases Rate Increase Information

Highmark Blue Cross/Blue Shield has announced rate increases on their individual health insurance plans that will be effective on October 1, 2009.  Additionally, Highmark Blue Shield has announced rate increases on their plans for October 1, 2009.  The new rates, which affect both existing & new business, are posted on the corresponding pages of our website.
