United Concordia has released new rate information for 2010 to their broker distribution. All of the new rates are posted on our United Concordia web page. Highlights of theses updates are:
Voluntary PPO Options for Groups with a minimum of 10 or more enrolled.
Group Size 2-9 Concordia Flex and Concordia Preferred listed on same Rate Card.
Additional Calendar Year Maximum options ($1000 and/or $1500 in some markets; Review your Regional Rate Card)
Both minimum enrolled contract count and participation requirement must be achieved.
